Annapurna Trek Requirement

  • Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP) – A mandatory permit is required for trekking in the Annapurna region.
  • Passport-size Photos – Two recent passport-size photographs may be required for permit processing.
  • Licensed Trekking Guide – Hiring a licensed guide is recommended and may be required under current trekking regulations.
  • Physical Fitness – Suitable for trekkers capable of walking 4–6 hours daily on moderate mountain trails.
  • Travel Insurance – Insurance covering medical emergencies and evacuation is strongly recommended.
  • Personal Trekking Gear – Comfortable trekking clothing, hiking boots, rain protection, and warm layers are essential for changing mountain weather conditions.

  • 50% of the total package cost must be deposited as a booking amount to secure your guide and permits.

  • Full payment must be cleared before departing from Kathmandu.

Day 01: Pokhara to Sikles

Drive from Pokhara to Sikles, one of Nepal’s largest Gurung villages. Enjoy scenic views of hills, terraced fields, and surrounding mountains while exploring the traditional village upon arrival. Overnight stay in Sikles.

Begin trekking through forests, streams, and beautiful mountain landscapes. The trail gradually ascends through remote areas, offering glimpses of local wildlife and Himalayan scenery before reaching Hugu Goth. Overnight stay in Hugu Goth.

Start early and trek to the stunning Kapuche Glacier Lake. Spend time enjoying the crystal-clear glacial waters and spectacular views of surrounding peaks and glaciers. After exploring the lake, return to Hugu Goth for an overnight stay.

Descend through scenic forest trails and traditional settlements while enjoying the beautiful landscapes from a different perspective. Arrive back in Sikles and relax for the evening. Overnight stay in Sikles.

After breakfast, drive back to Pokhara through picturesque countryside and mountain roads, concluding your memorable Kapuche Glacier Lake Trek adventure.
